Test authors, publishers and assessment users all have a role in ensuring responsible use. The goal of this paper is to explain how restricting test supplies to qualified users informs this objective, and to underline the importance the European Test Publishers Group (ETPG) and its members attach to a carefully controlled test supply.

Our 34th Annual conference was held in the beautiful Chateau de Suduiraut in Bordeaux, France. With over 40 attendees and remarkable international speakers, this year focused on AI and the changing face of assessment.

Our 33rd Annual Conference was held in the beautiful and inspiring city of Athens. We discuss a broad range of topcis including; personality assessment as a medical device, AI and Positive Leadership.

The aim of this research was twofold. First to find out if the measurement techniques on which we base leadership recruitment and development work well: second, to come to a view on this issue.
